SMACK, aka Super Manga Anime Culture Kingdom, is the awesomega anime club of UQ.
We hold regular anime screenings every Tuesday from 6pm in room 43-102.
Every last Tuesday of the month we have a games night, which involves Smash Bros/Mario Kart on the big screen, DS and PSP battles, mahjong and whatever other games you’d like to bring in.
SMACK also has cosplay and karaoke events throughout the year, as well as attending various conventions.
Membership is $4 per year or $3 in semester 2, which entitles you to all of our sponsors’ discounts, a membership card and you’ll receive weekly email notifications to find out what’s happening.
